Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates that the N2T1 AI Solutions Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been struck off from the Register of Companies maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The proposal for striking off the said subsidiary was duly considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2025.
