The 64th AGM of the Company will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we are submitting herewith the Annual Report 2024-2025 containing the Notice convening the 64th AGM for the financial year 2024-2025 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/Depositories.
