Genesys International Corporation Limited has submitted to the Exchange, the financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026.In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, May 29, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the following:1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2026. Copies of the following enclosed as Annexure A:a. Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. b. Auditors Report along with a Declaration in respect of unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results.
