This is with reference to our intimation dated May 15, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the grant of options to an eligible employee under the 'Globalspace Technologies Limited - Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2018'. We wish to inform you that an inadvertent typographical error occurred in the said intimation with respect to the number of options granted. Revised Disclosure: Grant of 4,25,000 options to the eligible employee. The above revision is being made solely to rectify the aforesaid typographical error. All other disclosures contained in the intimation dated May 15, 2026, remain unchanged. Kindly take the same on record.
