Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations (LODR) please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026 duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29th May, 2026 The Financial results were submitted by the Comapny vide acknowledgement no. 13168501 dated 29-05-2026. However by oversight the undersigned forgot to attached the digital signature to the same. Now to ractify the mistake, the results are being submitted again.
