The Board of Directors at its meeting today i.e 28th May, 2026 has appointed based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee Mr. Rahul Choudhary as Executive Director- Finance, Strategy & Acquisition and Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Santanu Ghosh as Executive Director-Operations w.e.f 28th May, 2026.
