Jagran Prakashan Limited has submitted the Exchange a copy Srutinizers report along with voting results and outcome of the EGM of the Members of Jagran Prakashan Limited however, by way of an Order dated 26th May, 2026, the Hon ble Principal Bench of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal , has directed that the implementation of the resolutions be kept in abeyance till the outcome of Company Petition No.64/2023:
