The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 29, 2026 have considered and approved the following changes in Director/ Auditors:- (1). Change in designation of Mr. Deepak Jain (DIN: 00004972) from Non-Executive Director to Vice Chairman (Non Executive) as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, w.e.f May 29, 2026. (2). Re-appointment of M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. (3). Re-appointment of M/s Jitender, Navneet & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27.
