Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2026, have recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5.50/- per Equity Share (275%) of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- for the Financial Year 2025-26 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
