The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 28, 2026 have considered and approved the following changes in Directors/Auditors:- 1. Re- appointment of Mr. Tadayoshi Aoki (DIN: 08053387) as Senior Executive Director - Whole Time Director ( Key Managerial Personnel) of the company for the further period of three year w.e.f February 03, 2027 2. Change in Designation of Mr. Deepak Jain from Chairman and Managing Director to Chairman ( Whole time Director - Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f. May 28, 2026 3. Change in Designation of Mr. Anmol Jain from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director (Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f. May 28, 2026. 4. Re- appointment of M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026 - 27 5. Re - appointment of M/s Jitender, Navneet & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditor for Financial Year 2026- 27
