MRC Agrotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/06/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the following: - 1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of MRC Agrotech Limited for the Quarter and year ended on March 31st, 2026. 2. The delay in submission of above financial results arised due to pending audit procedures and additional information sought by the Statutory Auditor. 3. The Company would submit the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended on March 31st, 2026 after obtaining the same from the Statutory Auditor subject to the approval of the Board of directors of the Company in their forthcoming meeting to be held on 06.06.2026. 4.
