The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30/05/2026, inter-alia approved and took note of the following: 1. Delay in submitting the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31/03/2026 and the disclosure made to BSE, pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19 November 2018, regarding disclosure of reasons for the delay in submission of financial results by listed entities; 2. Shifting of Registered Office of the Company within local limits; 3. Authority to keep the books of account, other relevant books & papers including minutes and registers at a place other than registered office of the Company.
