The Board noted that the Audit of Financial Statements and completion of certain audit related procedures for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 are still under progress and accordingly, the Auditor's Report and Audited Financial Results / Financial Statements for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 could not be finalized for consideration and approval at the aforesaid meeting.
