Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed specimen of notice sent to the respective shareholders who have not encashed or claimed their dividend for 7 consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF as per Section 124(5) and 124(6) of Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rule, 2016 as amended from time to time.
