In continuation with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order passed on May 26th, 2026 from the Honourable Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench. The order pertains to Arbitration Application No. 16/2023 filed in connection with disputes arising under the MOU dated 18.04.2027 executed between Tambi & Others vs ROHL & others for its associated company KSDPL. Pursuant to the said order, the Honourable High Court has appointed Honourable Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi (Former Judge, Supreme Court of India) as Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputeds between the parties. Relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are provided in Annexure A of the aforesaid intimation.
