In continuation to the Company''s previous intimation dated 28.01.2026 & 29.01.2026 and with reference to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (1) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that Royal Orchid Hotels Limited had executed the Share Purchase Agreement for the sale of Wholly owned subsidiary, Multihotels Limited, to M/s Greenleaf Properties Limited on, 29.01.2026. We further inform that the Company has received the final instalment of the sale consideration on 02.06.2026, thereby completing the transaction in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Consequently, Multihotels Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of ROHL with effect from 02.06.2026.
