This is to inform you that the Company had raised an amount of INR 30,60,00,000 (Indian Rupees Thirty Crores Sixty Lakhs) through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 30,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 10/- Each in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable laws, pursuant to the prospectus dated October 18, 2025 , details of which are enclosed herein. Further, in terms of Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that there was no deviation and/or variation in the utilization of the issue proceeds from the objects stated in the Prospectus.
