Considered and Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter / Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 alongwith Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement as on 31st March, 2026. 2. Taken on record the Audit Report (Standalone & Consolidated) pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Meeting commenced at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 04.45 P.M
