The Board at its Meeting today i.e Friday, May 29, 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved, subject to the receipt of requisite approvals, consents and sanctions, the Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules framed thereunder, for amalgamation of two wholly owned subsidiaries of Tilaknagar Industries Limited i.e Punjabexpo Breweries Private Limited and Vahni Distilleries Private Limited with the Company.
