Non- Applicability of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2026 under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Unisem Agritech Limited is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the Chapter IV of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015 as: (b) The listed entity which has listed its securities on the SME Exchange. In View of the above, relaxation is provided to SME listed Companies under Reg 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is exempted to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended on 31.03.2026 to the Stock Exchange. Covering Letter is attached for the same.
