We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to listed entities having listed their specified securities on SME Exchange. Accordingly, our Company being listed on the SME Platform of the BSE Limited, is not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further, a declaration in this regard is enclosed herewith as Annexure A for your kind records.
