We wish to submit that the equity shares of Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited were listed on the BSE SME Platform on the 27th May, 2026 and the Company has not utilized any amount from the IPO Proceeds as on date. Accordingly, there are no deviations or variations in the utilization of issue proceeds requiring disclosure under Regulation 32 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the period under reference.
