Dividend The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a total dividend of 120% (i.e., Rs. 12/- per equity share) inclusive of a special dividend of 80% (i.e., Rs. 8/- per equity share) on 85,284,223 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March 2026.
